Events where one of the default (non-blue) options has a chance of killing one of your crew members (or forcing them to leave your ship, which amounts to the same thing). Some of them may allow you to revive your crewman with a Clone Bay, but others will not. If you have only one crew member, these events can take away that crew member, leaving you with no crew and causing you to receive a game over!
