This category contains 2 groups of events:
- Rebel Fleet advancement hazard: unavoidable encounters when an enemy ship starts charging its FTL Drive from the very start to escape and proc the doubled Rebel Fleet progress (for the current turn/jump). Can be prevented only by destroying the enemy ship or jumping away from the beacon before the enemy does.
- Rebel Fleet advancement risk: only some event's paths or options can result in an doubled Rebel Fleet pursuit progress (for the current turn/jump).
