"While using the Crystal Cruiser trap 4 enemy crew inside a single room using the Crystal being power or Lockdown Bomb."
No Escape is unlocked by trapping four enemy crew members in the same room on either the player's own ship or while on the enemy ship, though it's easier to do on the player's ship while four enemies are all attacking a room in unison. It is also possible to unlock this achievement by trapping drones (system repair, boarding and anti-personnel) in the same room.
