Zoltan ship asks to dock

The Long-Ranged Scanners will detect no ship presence. This event can occur only once per sector.

What appears to be a Zoltan science ship requests permission to dock.

Dock with them.
- You allow them to approach, but are caught unaware when they open fire!
  - Fight a Zoltan ship.
    - (When the ship surrenders) The Zoltan captain sends an urgent hail: "Wait, this was all a test! A test that you passed! A diverse crew, working together, surely a sight to warm the heart of any dispassionate observer. Come, I shall join your crew!" (Enemy ship has 50% chance to surrender at 30-40% hull; never tries to escape )
      - You receive a Zoltan crewmember and low scrap with resources.
    - (After destroying enemy ship) While you search the debris, you wonder what it was that could have provoked them to act so irrationally.
      - You receive low scrap with resources.
    - (After killing enemy crew) While you scrap their ship, you wonder what it was that could have provoked them to act so irrationally.
      - You receive medium scrap with resources.
- We have been studying the relationships between the species and have determined that the 'Federation' still has potential to be a net positive for the galaxy. Please accept this gift to aid your journey.
  - You receive medium resources with some scrap.
Have them keep their distance.
- They leave without a word.
  - Nothing happens.

This event is called "ZOLTAN_SCIENCE_DOCK" in the datafiles.

If surrender is triggered, the fight is over: there is no option or prompt to decline the surrender to continue the fight.
